North Roche Harbor Roads Association Members,

Our final phase of repaving the North Roche Harbor Road system starts 5/5/25. Signs are going up to notify drivers of the project and its work hours. The contractor is expecting the paving work to occur on these days in the following areas:

Tuesday May 6 and Wednesday May7: Brooks Lane and Davison Head Drive starting at the east intersection of Brooks/Davison and moving through Afterglow Drive to the intersection of Neil Bay Drive.

Thursday May 8: Tidecrest Way to the east dead end of Neil Bay Drive.

Monday May 12 and Tuesday May 13: Neil Bay Drive starting at Gibbs Lane and moving west to the intersection with Afterglow Drive.

Wednesday May 14: Afterglow Drive from Neil Bay Drive to the stone gates

Thursday May 15: Waters Edge Lane and Claramar Drive to Afterglow

Monday May 19:  One half of Afterglow to the airport

Tuesday May 20:  Remaining half of Afterglow to the airport

Following the end of the paving work, shoulders and driveways needing gravel to accommodate the new edge will be identified and installed. That work will begin Wednesday May 21 and continue for 1 - 2 weeks.
